We offer on-site consultation and support in your office, home, school or local Starbucks. We also offer remote consultation and support via phone and through our remote support system.

Rate Info & Payment Policies
  • $100/HR - Onsite Desktop/Laptop Support - 10AM - 7PM, Monday - Friday
  • $125/HR - Onsite Desktop/Laptop Support - Weekends, Holidays, After Hours
  • $125/HR - Onsite Server/Small Business/Enterprise Support - 10AM - 7PM, Monday - Friday
  • $150/HR - Onsite Server/Small Business/Enterprise Support - Weekends, Holidays, After Hours
  • $85/HR - Remote Desktop/Laptop Support - 10AM - 7PM, Monday - Friday
  • $95/HR - Remote Desktop/Laptop Support - Weekends, Holidays, After Hours
  • One Hour Minimum Per Appointment Onsite or Remote
  • Billed in 30 Minute increments after first hour
  • Appointments must be cancelled 24 Hours in advance or one hour minimum will apply
  • All rates start at your door
  • All rates/policies subject to change
